I was wondering if you or Holly could tell me which plant grows outwards instead of downwards. Turmeric or ginger. I have both sprouted and I want to put them in some dirt but somebody told me one of them grew differently so I would need a different kind of planter. Thanks for your help

They both grow the same so putting them in a container will work just fine.
