    If i made my seed tape in february and never put it in a fridge, is this why it never grew when i planted it first week of june? Seems like not a single seed that i made the seed tape out of ever sprouted.

      there can be a number of reason for this some seeds not to grow, if they were kept in a very hot place that can have an effect
